Our Furnished Model is located at 208 Menger Springs in the Menger Springs Subdivision, Boerne, Texas.  Just off the West IH 10 access, just South of the Highway 46/ IH10 bridge. The subdivision entrance road is adjacent to the new Methodist Hospital  Boerne ER. We are open Monday thru Saturday from 10 to 6 and 1 to 6 on Sunday.  The Model telephone number is metro 830-816-5208 or you may call  Brandon Meyers @ 210-849-7697 to schedule an appointment. They are also available to discuss the building process, look at our available lots or walk your building site, and assist you in viewing some of our floor plans or visit with you if you have an existing plan.
